REGULAR FULL
MEMBERSHIP:
Includes
spouse and children to age 21 as long as
they reside in family residence.
Children that are full time students in
institutions of higher education are
included until age 24.
Initiation Fee: $2500.00, or $1000.00 at
time of application and installment

CORPORATE
FULL MEMBERSHIP:
There
will be a maximum of five (5)
individuals at any one time designated
as members per Corporate Full
Membership.
A
corporation can have up to five (5)
individuals with membership privileges.
The five (5) memberships must be full
memberships. All rights, privileges,
dues, food minimums, and accessibility
will be the same as full memberships.
There will be a $1,000.00 fee per
individual. A transfer of the corporate
individual will result in a $1,000.00
transfer fee.

CORPORATE SOCIAL MEMBERSHIP:
.Corporate
Social Membership has all rights and
privileges as full members except the
use of golf facilities.
There
will be a $200.00 fee per individual. A
transfer of the corporate individual
will result in a $ 250.00 transfer fee.

YOUNG ADULT:
The Young
Adult is for full members under the age
or 35. It is the responsibility of the
member to notify the club of the Young
Adult status. No refunds will be made
for Young Adult Members that pay full
dues.
Initiation Fee: $1500.00
or $1000.00 at time of application and
$100.00 for eight months.
Dues:

Food
Minimum: $120.00 per quarter

LINEAL
DECENT:
The
Lineal Decent will be full members. This
membership allows for members families,
father, mother, children, or
grandchildren to join for a discount
rate.

Food
Minimum: 120.00 per quarter
Assessable: Open for assessments.
SENIOR
MEMBERSHIP:
Senior
Membership is able to use the golf
course on none holiday and non-weekends.
All other facilities will be available
when open. For weekend golf course
players green fee of $20.00 per 18 holes
will apply. Senior Memberships will be
available to all members at least 60
years young.
Initiation Fee: $ 2500.00 or $1000.00 at
time of application and installment
payments of $150.00 per month for one
year.
Dues:
$175.00 per month ($45.00 less than full
membership)

Minimum: $120.00 per quarter
Assessable: 70% of full membership
POOL
MEMBERSHIP:
Pool
Membership valid- May 25, 2007 thru
September 3, 2007. This entitles you for
the use of the pool and halfway house on
a cash or credit card basis.
Existing
members are not eligible for the Pool
Membership until being a non-member for
one calendar year.
Membership dues: $400.00 per year.
NON-RESIDENT
MEMBERSHIP:
Non-Resident members must reside outside
a 50-mile radius of Lexington, North
Carolina.
Initiation Fee: $2500.00 or $1000.00 at
time of application and installment
payments of $150.00 per month for one
year.
Dues:
$155.00 per month

Assessable: 100%
SOCIAL
MEMBERSHIP:
Social
Members have all rights and privileges
as full members except the use of golf
facilities. A social member will be
issued (6) personalized coupons a year
to play golf. These coupons will have
your name on them and non-transferable.
The cost for a social member to play
golf will be the current guest fee and
(1) coupon. When all the coupons are
used, the social member golfing
privileges will end.
